COVID-19 MEASURES

In the past few months since the outbreak our office has made leaps and bounds by adapting to the much needed changes arising out of our ‘new normal’. In order to serve you, we have implemented measures to ensure our continued operation which would enable you to remain in contact with us at all times. In addition to digitizing most of our processes we have also implemented new Servers with more robust cyber security while improving back-up processes.

 

 

The company enhanced its disaster recovery and business continuity plans to include modern technology solutions to ensure that our customers are adequately supported in the event of similar events in the future. Some of the key components of this plan are the digitization of our document management systems, remote access to critical line of business applications, updates to our communication systems and enhancements to our cyber security protocols and backup systems.

Essential staff were also identified, equipped and trained with the necessary technological tools to work and support our clients from almost any part of the world. The effects of the Novel Corona virus have tested and proven our systems to be robust enough to handle any similar situation in the future.
